2. Eligibility for Tattoo Services
You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo.
Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory before any tattoo procedure.
Aryamark Tattoo Studio does not tattoo minors under any circumstances, even with parental consent.
3. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
A consultation may be required before finalizing the design.
Design approvals must be completed prior to the tattoo session.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or cancellation.
4. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure an appointment.
Deposits are adjusted against the final tattoo cost.
Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable in case of no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Full payment must be completed on the day of the tattoo session unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
Failure to provide notice may result in deposit forfeiture.
Aryamark Tattoo Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Health Disclosure & Consent
Clients must disclose:
Medical conditions
Skin allergies
Pregnancy
Blood-related disorders
Any medication affecting healing
Aryamark Tattoo Studio is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
7. Tattoo Results & Artistic Discretion
Tattoo designs are custom-created and may vary slightly from sketches.
Healing results depend on skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle.
The artist’s professional judgment will be final regarding design, placement, and execution.
8. Aftercare Responsibility
Aftercare instructions will be provided post-tattoo.
Clients are responsible for following aftercare guidelines.
Aryamark Tattoo Studio is not responsible for damage, fading, or infection caused by improper aftercare.
9. Intellectual Property
All tattoo designs, artwork, website content, and images are the intellectual property of Aryamark Tattoo Studio.
Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
10. Website Usage
You agree not to:
Misuse website content
Attempt unauthorized access
Upload harmful or malicious content
Violate applicable laws while using this website
11. Limitation of Liability
